Heating Tracing & Aluminium-Brass Coil Repair on Duta FSO Permata Dulang at ASL Yard, Batam

In 2025, Yee Fong Marine Sdn Bhd (YF Marine) carried out heating tracing and aluminium-brass (Al-Br) coil repair works on the Duta FSO Permata Dulang, a floating storage and offloading (FSO) unit, at ASL Yard in Batam, Indonesia.

The scope covered inspection, repair and reinstatement of the vessel's heat tracing system and coil piping to restore operational reliability. Works included joint repair on Al-Br heating coils, re-routing of tracing tubing on deck and piping work carried out with scaffolding access.
