Smart Control Panel
The digital control panel can control versatile situation with clear display, which makes the air compressor easy to control and easy to maintain; when air compressor shuts off automatically, the control panel shows the exception message and break down history to make the maintenance more easy and efficient. The module of the smart control panel is optimized, assembled the overload protection, and also supports multi-units remote control.
Air Filter Assembly
With the two-layer filter design, it can reduce the consumption of air compressor and also the noise of running.
High Efficient Built-in Cooler
The cooler is designed for high temperature environment, it helps to keep air compressor running in an appropriate temperature.
With its high efficient cooling function, the output temperature is 10℃ lower than the environment temperature; the cleaning orifice on the fan deflector is convenient for removing dirt from the cooler surface and is saving time and labor.
Screw Direct Drive Air End
Using the flexible coupling and with the 1:1 direct drive design, the transmission efficiency reaches almost 100%; the air end, which material is imported from Europe brand, and designed with the latest oversized tooth type, is high efficiency and low rotating speed. Low rotation speed ensures the high transmission efficiency, running with silence; the precise air end is abrasive machining of the surface; it is energy saving, keeping in good efficiency when long time running.
Silence Cabinet Structure
High rigid structure, sound-absorbing cotton and high anti-noise design to ensure silent running and low vibration.
